VASHQ offers a free trial before any paid subscription.
Customers are expected to evaluate the software thoroughly during the trial period.
By purchasing a subscription, the customer confirms that they have evaluated the software and agree to this Refund Policy.
All annual subscription payments are non-refundable.
No refunds shall be provided after payment has been successfully processed, including for:
The free trial exists specifically to allow customers to determine whether VASHQ meets their business needs before making a purchase.
Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law or where the Company, at its sole discretion, determines that extraordinary circumstances justify a refund.
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current subscription period.
If a payment is duplicated due to a verified technical or billing error, the Company will investigate and, where appropriate, process a refund or credit for the duplicate amount.
